Rinci is an artisanal company, based in the heart of Parco del Conero, Marche, Italy. Francesco, Luca and Alessandro are the young Rinci owners, which have made the Paccasassi, a spontaneous plant, cultivable. They have done it inside the Natural Park where this same plant is protected. Our core business is the Paccasassi - Paccasassi, the dialect name for sea fennel, is a wild-growing aromatic herb typical of the Conero Riviera, in the Marche region. They have a savory, iodized and aromatic taste, with strong citrus notes, and hints of fennel carrot, and lemon. The leaves are fleshy and succulent.  They are protected and that is why we cultivate them. 
We manage the entire supply chain. We organically work the land (open field in the Paccasassi's natural habitat, the Mount Conero), and follow all stages of cultivation, respecting the environment and the natural cycle. We do also have the processing company, based in Castelfidardo (An), with a modern plant to produce canned vegetables.
