committed to provided top quality. This choice allowed him, in 1961, to achieve his greatest dream: to create a liquor and spirit production company in Chianciano Terme – in the heart of Tuscany – admirably expressing this extraordinary land. The first fruits of his labor was the bitter liquor with a map, a precise blend of 34 herbs and roots, created with extreme care and sincerity. Since then the magic has repeated itself, drop after drop, in the fragrance and taste of all of Santoni’s exclusive specialties. All of Santoni distillery’s art is glorified in a selection of liquors created with top quality materials and traditional procedures and recipes.
