Terra Cruda Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC 2015
Terra Cruda Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is made by high quality Montepulciano grapes in purity. The fermentation occurs at controlled temperature with long maceration of the marc. The ageing is first in steel, then in small barriques of third and fourth passage for several years and at the end in bottle.
The scent is intense and slightly spicy; flavour is hot, full- bodied, elegant and lightly tannic.
Terra Cruda Montepulciano has been awarded and reviewed by important magazines, the most recent award is the Gold Medal from Millésime Bio Challenge and the Silver Medal from Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
