Rosé Sparkling wine is fully developed in our winery, using Montepulciano grapes in purity. The vinification occurs at cold temperature, without marc.
Follows the foaming in autoclave for 6 months at controlled temperature on autochthonous yeasts.
The color is brilliant and rosy.
Tasting notes: scents of rose, cherry and red fruits.
Flavour is harmonious, persistant, lively with cherry sensation.
