Pecorino Sparkling wine is fully developed in our winery, using Pecorino grapes in purity. The vinification occurs at cold temperature, without marc.
Follows the foaming in autoclave for 6 months at controlled temperature on autochthonous yeasts.
Tasting notes: scents of citrus and exotic fruits, bread crust aftertaste.
Flavour: armonious, persistant, lively with scents of peach and mango.
