Passerina Sparkling wine is fully developed in our winery, using Passerina grapes in purity. The vinification occurs at cold temperature, without marc.
Follows the foaming in autoclave for 6 months at controlled temperature on autochthonous yeasts.
Tating notes: scents of fresh wild flowers and citrus fruits with exotic fruits notes; flavour is fresh, thanks to its natural acidulous content.
