TASTING NOTES: Due Terre has a deep ruby red colour, bouquet: intense and fruity with hints of cherry, currant and spices. The flavor is intense, fresh, aromatic and harmonious.

PAIRINGS: ideal in combination with red meats, cold cuts and game. Its softness also makes it suitable for seasoned and flavored cheeses and in general to accompany strong and spicy flavours. Serving temperature 16°-18°C.
