Hand-picked grapes when phenolic and aromatic
ripenesses are reached, destemming and soft
pressing of grapes, fermentation with maceration for
about 7-10 days, racking, malolactic fermentation is
carried out by using selected lactic bacteria.
Maturation Wine is aged 3 months in the stainless steel tanks and
about 6 months in the bottle.
Colour Intense ruby red with purplish reflections
Bouquet Ample, persistent aroma of ripe red fruit with scents of
cherries, plums and prunes.
Flavor Soft with light structure with an elegant aftertaste that
enhance its pleasantness
