Dried mushrooms of the species Boletus edulis and related group. Obtained by harvesting and processing fresh mushrooms collected in Italy.
The mushrooms are cleaned of soil and any spoiled parts then sliced and dried in the sun or in drying rooms.
They are then sorted by experienced staff. Placed in food bags, cartons and placed
in cold storage at a temperature of - 18C°
