DRIED MIX MUSHROOMS WITH PORCINI
A blend of 3 species of cultivated mushrooms (Champignons, Oyster, Shitake)
and 2 species of wild mushrooms (Porcini and Chanterelles).
The cultivated mushrooms are dried at the production facilities of the producing countries, and then selected to eliminate any foreign bodies and residues of the cultivation substrate.
The wild dried mushrooms, commercial porcini (Boletus edulis and related group) and chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius s.l.) are obtained from the collection and processing of fresh mushrooms harvested .
The mushrooms are cleaned from the soil and any deteriorated parts, then sliced and dried in the sun or in dryers.
They are then selected by expert staff. Placed in food bags, in cardboard boxes and placed in refrigerated cells at a temperature of - 18C°.
