FROZEN MIXED MUSHROOMS
Mixture composed of 3 species of cultivated mushrooms (Shiitake, Pleurotus, Nameko) and 2 species of wild mushrooms (Porcini and Pinaroli).
The cultivated mushrooms are processed (checked for the elimination of any foreign bodies and residues of the growing substrate, washed and in some cases cut) then frozen .
The wild mushrooms, porcini (Boletus edulis and related group) and pinaroli (Suillus luteus s.l.) are obtained from the collection and processing of fresh mushrooms collected.
The mushrooms are cleaned of the earth and any deteriorated parts, in the case of pinaroli also deprived of the stems and peeled, then cut into cubes and frozen. Placed in food bags, in cartons and placed in
cold rooms at a temperature of - 18C ° or lower.
