Alisei - IGP Calabria Bianco

TASTING NOTES: Alisei has a deep straw yellow colour and a very intense bouquet, with citrus aromas. On the nose Particularly rich and complex aromatic profile, wide spectrum of primary aromas of orange, cedar, lemon, fruity notes of peach, apricot, and floral (acacia, freesia, lavender). Intense and persistent, fresh and aromatic.

PAIRINGS: ideal in combination with appetizers, first and second courses based on fish, white meats, accompanied by crunchy vegetables, as an aperitif with delicate cured meats such as sweet raw ham and slightly aged cheeses. Serving temperature 10°-12°C.
