MARE MAGNO Chardonnay

VINIFICATION AND AGING: the grapes, after picking, are quickly brought to the winery, gently pressed to a BAR of maximum pressure, and immediately refrigerated to 16°C. The resulting high-quality must is prepared for fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16°-18°C for 15-18 days. Then the wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

TESTING NOTE: Intense straw yellow, it has enveloping aromas of cedar and apricot; it is ample and fresh in the mouth.
