MARE MAGNO Viognier

VINIFICATION AND AGING: the grapes, after hand-picking, are quickly brought to the winery, gently pressed to a BAR of maximum pressure, and immediately refrigerated to 16°C. The resulting high-quality must is prepared for fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16°-18°C for 15-18 days. Then the wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

TESTING NOTES: aromatic, intense, with an unmistakable and predominant personality. The nose is fine and elegant, with hints of white peach and tropical fruits. In the mouth it shows all its elegance and persistence.
