ORION Syrah-Nero d'Avola

VINIFICATION AND AGING: Grapes are picked by hand in the early morning hours, and late in the evening at the peak of their ripeness. After picking, it is brought quickly to the winery. The combination of juice and skins is chilled to 26.5°C and transferred to tanks for maceration. This period lasts 12 to 15 days; then the wine is aged in barrels for 6 months.

TESTING NOTES: intense ruby red color with garnet hues, it has a broad bouquet of black berry fruit, pepper, vanilla and licorice. In the mouth it appears dense, full-bodied, concentrated and full.
