ORION Catarratto Lucido

VINIFICATION AND AGING: grapes, after harvest, are quickly brought to the winery, gently pressed to a BAR of maximum pressure, and immediately chilled to 16°C. The high quality must obtained is prepared for fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16°-18°C for 15-18 days. Matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES: Catarratto Lucido shows a straw yellow color with hints of greenish hues. The bouquet is delicate, caressed by memories of flowers such as iris, not too ripe fruit and to conclude citrus; mineral finish.
