Gluten free Breadcrumbs

Farabella gluten free breadcrumbs are naturally lactose free and source of fiber.
The result of an "ad hoc" artisanal processing that also allows us to obtain a controlled grain size that is perfect for excellent breading and tasty gratins.
Thanks to the presence of raw corn, it absorbs very little oil, consequently leaving foods well dry and not impregnated.
Farabella breadcrumbs can also be used as a thickener in particular sauces or as a special ingredient in pasta dishes or soups.
