The Gluten Free egg pasta range includes: Tagliatelle, Pappardelle and Fettuccine.
They are made with the best corn and rice flours, "free-range" eggs (from free-range farming), spring water from the Maiella and a slow drying process, respecting the ancient pasta-making tradition of Fara San Martino.
