ORION Brut Petillant
VINIFICATION AND AGING: After hand-harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery, gently pressed to a BAR of maximum pressure, and immediately refrigerated at a controlled temperature. Vinification by the Charmat Method, with refermentation of the wine in special pressurized vessels. Aging of 30 days in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Orion Sparkling Brut Petillant is a fresh, lively, delicate and explosive wine at the same time. The nose presents a broad bouquet of fresh flowers. Light and persistent perlage with a pleasant softness on the palate.
