Sibille - IGP Locride Montonico Passito

TASTING NOTES: Sibille 2018 has an amber yellow colour and a very intense bouquet, with tea and citrus aromas. olfactory examination: hazelnut, pepper; gustatory analysis: dried fruit, prune and chocolate finally, dried apricots, sherry. Intense and persistent, with an ideal balance between freshness and sweetness.

PAIRINGS: ideali if matched with dired pastries, chocolate and tarts with marmalade and ricotta. To taste with seasoned or blue veined cheese and foie gras as well. Exceptional alone, as a meditation wine. To serve in middle-sized goblets at the temperature of 12°-14°C.
