Chocolate Chestnut spread

We challenged ourselves to create a chestnut jam. We experimented over the years within our own family to obtain a high quality product. As a result, we obtained a product with a high percentage (68%) of fruit inside.

Our recipes can be used as an ingredient for desserts: to garnish cakes and pies; for breakfast: magnificent on the bread, great match for natural yogurt. In the sole version of chestnuts, it is enhanced with fresh cheese and “ricotta”(typical sheep or cow cheese).
