It is a simple and delicious recipe, also thanks to the unmistakable taste and smell of porcini mushrooms, which give the dish a forest scent.

Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 93%, porcini mushrooms 5% (Boletus Edulius), dried vegetables and herbs.

How to use: Quick and easy to prepare. Brown for 2-3 minutes in oil, add 75 cl water and stir until cooked through, approx. 16 minutes. Stir-fry with a knob of butter or cheese.
