Natural Salami (Preservative free)

This is a medium-ground, extremely natural salami processed without adding any preservatives.
It can be defined, in all respects, as absolutely natural. It stands out for the high quality of taste and the refined organoleptic traits.

Its processing begins with our careful selection of pigs coming exclusively from local farms. The meat is ground before being flavored with salt and a blend of spices that enriches the flavor.

After being dried, the salami is aged in the natural microclimate of our cellars for a time of 60 days, adequate and optimal to obtain a final result of true excellence.

Once sliced, you can enjoy its tenderness and inviting fragrance. Have it as an appetizer, as a crown jewel to your apericena party, on top of a slice of fragrant and quality bread, or as a healthy and delicious snack.
