The processing begins with the selection of quality pork cuts. They are medium ground, spiced, and enriched with fresh black truffle which defines the strong yet elegant taste of the final product.
The final appearance is that of an elongated sausage stuffed in pork guts. After being subjected to a rather short aging period of only 21 days, which takes place in the natural climate offered by the environment of our cellars, it is sold in a practical vacuum packaging that preserves all the organoleptic features and protects its unmistakable flavor.
The Tartufino size and taste are perfect for the preparation of very tasty and inviting appetizers and cold-cut platters for your cocktail party. Its intense taste will make an impression. It is delicious also as a simple snack.
