The Superior Cartizze is the cru of the appellation and is represented by a small area of 107 hectares of vineyards. A sumptuous sparkling wine which includes a large and inviting complexity of aromas from pear, and apricot, citrus, to rose with pleasant hint of almonds glazed aftertaste. It goes well with traditional sweets, pastry, fruit tarts and buns.
