Mia Natura Pecorino IGT Colline Pescaresi 2022
Mia Natura Pecorino IGT Colline Pescaresi is made by organically grown Pecorino in purity. The vinification process starts with a cryomaceration at 0° followed by a fermentation at controlled temperature without marc on pied de cuve with autochtonous yeasts. It is bottled without clarification, only with a light filtration. The ageing occurs in steel for a short period.
