Mia Natura Passerina IGT Colline Pescaresi 2022
Mia Natura Passerina IGT Colline Pescaresi is made by organically grown Passerina in purity. The vinification process starts with a cryomaceration at 0° followed by a fermentation at controlled temperature without marc on pied de cuve with autochtonous yeasts. It is bottled without clarification, only with a light filtration. The ageing occurs in steel for a short period.
Tasting notes: scents of fresh wild flowers and citrus fruits with exotic fruits notes.
Flavour: fresh, dry, clean and sapid, thanks to its important acidolous content.
