Mia Natura Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC 2021
Mia Natura Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is made by organically grown Montepulciano in purity. The vinification process starts with a cryomaceration at 0° followed by a fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration of the marc on pied de cuve with autochtonous yeasts. The wine is bottled without clarification, only with a light filtration. The ageing occurs in steel for a short period.
