Valledoro was founded in 1954 by Freeuccio Zubani and Rina Consoli. Since then, our company has taken on board two more Zubani generations, leading to an important evolution in terms of volumes and production diversification. Today - with seven production lines - Valledoro is one of the leading companies in the bakery products branch in Italy. We have specialized in the production of breadsticks, but in recent years our assortment has been enriched with many other references such as savory snacks, crunchy bites and Organic/Gluten-Free products. Valledoro is proudly certified BRC (British Retail Consortium – Global Standard for Food Safety) and Ifs (International Food Standard), the two highest standards that allows us to guarantee the safety and quality of our products.
