The products conform to the European regulations relating to contamination of pesticides, heavy metals and chemical contaminants.The truffles come from Italian forests, where there are no intensive crops and, therefore, there is no use of pesticides or fertilizers. All the products are carefully checked during the stages of production, from the reception of raw materials to the transformation of the products up to their storage and they are also subjected to a chemical and microbiological check at external laboratories accredited according to International standards. Tesori del Matese is certified FSSC 22000 and IFS, which certifies the correct implementation of the management system for food safety. The company has also obtained the Kosher certification and the organic certification.
