The goal is to provide a high quality product, not currently found on the market, in the context of the traditional Neapolitan sfogliatella and in its various "revisitations". In fact, in addition to the classic curly and shortcrust pastry, Pintauro produces various sweet and savory puff pastry, babà, pastiere, lobster tails, etc., etc.
