Pesce Azzurro Cefalù S.r.l. founded in 1979, is a market’s leader in the Italian fish canning industry.
We employe 49 workers with a turnover of € 19.649.000,00 in the year 2022.
The company’s main principles are QUALITY and TRADITION, present during all processing, from the raw materials’ selection to the strict controls during the manufacture in accordance with the most ancient Sicilian Traditions, handed down by local fishermen since ancient times. We produce and sell Anchovy Fillets, Anchovy Paste, Sardine,Tuna, Bottarga, Mackerel, Fish Sauces, Marinated fish, Smoked fish, Frozen fish. We produce our brands and also for other important brands of the G.D.O. (Carrefour, Crai, ect.). We are certified BRC and IFS FOOD and “Friend of the sea” conforming to the “sustainable seafood” principles and our Anchovy's Fillets are included in the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) because the absence of gluten is guaranteed.
The company is certified by Ecogruppo Italia for the use of extra virgin olive oil from Organic Agricolture.
We produce Kosher foods conforming to the regulations Kashrut for Jewish market.
