For around 60 years we have been committed to producing the best extra virgin olive oil.
For three generations we have been innovating, while keeping firmly rooted in the Apulian’s oil
culture.
That is why we know how it is done: we buy olives directly from farmers, exclusively in the north
of Bari, the heart of olive growing, we make sure they have just been harvested, and we carry out a
strict quality control on entry.
This allows us to have raw material of the finest quality every day and to be able to process it
within 24 hours of harvesting: these are the secrets that have always allowed us to guarantee the
highest quality of our oil.
The production process, which has changed radically over the years, is also fundamental: today
technology allows us to perfectly clean the olives from foreign matters and impurities, to constantly
monitor the processing temperature, keeping it below 26 degrees, and to store and bottle the final
product in the best hygienic and sanitary conditions.
The result is an oil with a unique fragrance, rich in polyphenols and exceptional nutritional
properties. An oil that is good in the kitchen and essential for our bodies.
