The G.M.Irollo pasta factory was born in Italy in Gragnano,
a city that has always been recognized as the European capital of dry pasta production.

Our pasta factory produces exclusively artisan gluten-free pasta.

We follow the ancient IGP production process of Gragnano, even if the gluten-free pasta cannot be certified IG, because it does not use durum wheat flour but yellow corn flour and rice.

Our pasta makers select the best corn and rice flours and mix them with water from the Lattari Mountains and the air of Gragnano, to offer a superior quality, genuine and above all delicious products.

We are the only artisan pasta factory to have a large variety of shapes, in fact we have 22, including long, short and special cuts.
