JGIN DI DURASTANTI LAURA

The JGIN project was born from the idea of two young people from Jesi, Michele and Laura, husband and wife; passionate about spirits, officinal and wild herbs, food and wine tradition, they created the first London Dry Gin from Vallesina (Italy) that celebrates the territory.
JGIN is a London Dry Gin produced by distillation through a SFCU-certified pure copper discontinuous still, handmade by Müller Brennereianlagen; it is equipped with:
- an external botanical basket to gently infuse, via steam current, the most delicate botanicals;
- three grinding plates positioned along the column to create a superior distillate;
- power supply for more precise temperature control and less environmental impact.
JGIN is handcrafted in small batches, also referred to as "small batches," paying attention to the selection of local botanicals as much as possible, following the organic supply chain, ensuring the highest quality and uniqueness of the product.
Each bottle is numbered both for traceability purposes and to make it unique and collectible.
