Fiore di Puglia srl is a taralli, snack and bites production company, family based with the mission to build the best synergy of tradition and innovation in manufactoring process and types of products. It was found on 1940 in the beautiful land of Puglia (Apulia) from th Fiore family thanks to their gastronomic heritage, starting with wood-burning oven where the population used to go for baking their bread during the Second World War. During the years the bread basket was enriched with other bakery products as biscuits, taralli-the apulian speciality, and other snacks. Now the Fiore family business company is very well developed, already suppliers of multi channel sale customers(GDO, VENDING, FOODSERVICE and Airline companies) in the Italian and foreign markets. The production establishment is still situated in Bari, Puglia, on 10000M2 with 20000KG production per day.
