About us
Dolciaria Gadeschi started its activity in 1970 as a family-run company under the name Pasticceria Gadeschi Ettore. In 2004 the company joined the Lameri Group, leading manufacturer and transformer of cereals for human consumption.
The production facilities, equipped with modern and technically advanced machinery, cover an area of over 10,000 square meters, with 4 tunnel ovens and 3 packaging lines (2 vertical and 1 horizontal). The fully automatic storage warehouse has a capacity of approximately 5,400 pallets.
Quality, competence and service have allowed Dolciaria Gadeschi to become one of the leaders in the world of industrial confectionery, supplying some of the largest food production and distribution companies.

On demand, there is the possibility to use RSPO certified fats, Rainforest Alliance (UTZ) or Fair Trade chocolate, natural flavours, natural colourings, barn eggs (with KAT certification), free range eggs.
