This new line has an eco-friendly, recyclable, FSC certified paper packaging that ensures the quality and the safety of the product. Dolceria Alba has chosen to reduce the use of plastic by up to 70% in its packaging material. For this reason even its classic Meringata is now served in a paper tray with reclosable lid and customizable cardboard box. The new packaging is recyclable with paper, as demonstrated by the tests carried out according to the ATICELCA 501/19 EVALUATION SYSTEM (level A). The packaging is FSC certified and the recipe is HALAL certified.

One of Dolceria Alba best sellers, appreciated all over the world, now takes on a new guise of a single portion even richer in taste, thanks to a double layer of ladyfingers, soaked with coffee and complemented with a delicious mascarpone semifreddo. The essence of Italy in a dessert: his majesty the Tiramisu! It's made with fresh Italian mascarpone cheese and free range eggs. The recipe is Halal. It doesn't contain palm oil. Available sizes per portion: 85g (3oz) and 150g (5,29oz). Both retail and foodservice packaging are available.
