Bovinmarche Allevatori Marchigiani is an Agricultural Consortium Cooperative that was born in the late 80s with the aim of identifying and enhancing the quality productions of its members, made up of over 300 small farms closely linked to an uncontaminated territory and cattle still fed in healthy way and according to nature and tradition. Small companies that produce high quality with still traditional methods respecting the welfare of the animals and the environment in which they live.
Bovinmarche offers a wide range of products: purebred CHIANINA, MARCHIGIANA and ROMAGNOLA cattle with the IGP brand, cattle from Organic Agriculture, cattle belonging to the prized Charolaise, Limousine, Garonnese meat breeds.
Bovinmarche produces and markets sheepmeat from animals born and raised on the pastures of our mountains that can be certified Organic and IGP through the Production Regulations LAMB OF CENTRAL ITALY. Bovinmarche's challenge was to combine the quality of tradition with the quality brought about by the most advanced scientific and technological research. For this reason, in addition to the development of the first electronic traceability system in Europe, Bovinmarche is a partner of the Marche Polytechnic University and the Animal Production Research Center of Reggio Emilia.
Bovinmarche is able to offer all types of cuts: from bone-in meat to boned products, from vacuum-packed anatomical cuts to processed and packaged products.
Bovinmarche addresses its service to all operators in the sector: large-scale distribution, organized distribution, butchers and collective catering.
