AZIENDA AGRICOLA PIANDACCOLI

Piandaccoli is a small winery in Tuscany which produce high quality, healty and sustaibable wines. We are in a places rich in history and tradition and we cultivate vineyards exclusively with autochthons varieties respecting people and environment.
From thes grapes we produce Chianti and some other very special wines from extremely rare indigenous and historical vines from Tuscany. We are infact one of the very few producers which make wine from grapes like Foglia Tonda, Pugnitello, Barsaglina, Mammolo, historical vines that went lost during the philloxera epidemic in half ninth century and have been recovered with a project in partnership with University of Florence starting from the discovery of some grape seeds inside the Lorenzo De Medici tomb (Ruler of Florence during the Renaissance period and promoter of great artist like Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Donatello etc.)
