La Cantina di Andria, Nero di Troia IGP Puglia
Dry red wine obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of fresh grapes of Uva di Troia, one of the most famous grape of Puglia. Ruby red dress with incipient garnet reflections; the nose expresses good complexity, with notes of blackberries, cherries, figs and plums in relief, framed by shades of black pepper and clove. In the mouth it is dry, medium bodied supported by good alcoholic heat, fairly soft, with present but not impetuous tannins, savory and quite fresh. It closes quite persistently on pleasant flavors of ripe fruit. Although it lends itself to medium aging, we recommend you appreciate it young.
