Refining in tanks (6 months) and afterwards in
bottle. Concrete tanks stabilize the temperature of
the wine without fluctuation so that the wine
breathes and evolves, gaining in richness, volume
and purity of fruits flavours.
White wine, blend of two local varieties such as
Bombino bianco & Chardonnay. Dry, fruity bouquet
and smooth taste. Excellent with appetizer, fish and
white meat dishes
