Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the result of the particular pedoclimatic characteristics and the variety of grapes typically grown in the Modena area, together with the art of cooking musts and the loving procedures of annual decanting between the barrels of the vinegar cellars.

The company “Acetificio Andrea Milano s.r.l.” founded in 1889 is one of the main and oldest vinegar manufacturer and since then has refined the techniques of production without ever losing sight of the great Italian wine tradition. The first beech chipboard barrels has been replaced by modern acetifying machines, but none of the heritage of tradition and experience, matured over the last 100 years has been sacrificed. The company exports to more than 55 countries worldwide.
Acetificio Andrea Milano has three productions plants, the main one located in the Industrial Area of Acerra, near Napoli port and main highways junctions, the historical factory in Napoli is now dedicated to the production of dressings and glazes and the Modena factory represents the pride of the production of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Andrea Milano is focusing on the organic market launching a new Deto vinegar line. We are open to produce under private label.
