The softs – Frozen focacce and pizza dough — 110g/450g/650g/850g

The buononaturale frozen focaccia owes its intense, decisive, and aromatic flavor to its origins: it is made from remilled durum wheat semolina obtained through the rigorous selection of grains and the use of natural yeast. Enjoy our focacce as accompaniment to all sorts of vegetables and salami, or on their own. Our focaccia is tall, soft, and fluffy, being produced according to the ancient Apulian tradition of focaccia making in the region itself. Our focacce are available in three flavors: classic, rosemary, or Mediterranean with tomatoes and olives. We also produce frozen pizza dough, not visible in our catalog but available upon request.
