Tapenade is a recipe originally from Provence. We have adapted it to our local taste. It has an intense, delicate and irresistible flavor. Excellent to spread on crackers, canapes, stale bread slices, croutons, toast; it also goes well with meat dishes and steamed or grilled fish. Delicious with first courses mixed with a little cream. Tapenade is a multi-purpose sauce.
