Sautéed Champignons Mushrooms
Sautéed line of mushrooms and vegetables seasoned with oil, garlic, parsley finely chopped and sautéed. Champignons, porcini mushrooms, honey mushrooms, mixed forest mushrooms and artichokes, sautéed as per traditional recipe and ready to be tasted. After cooking these selected vegetables give off all the scent of a unique and unmistakable taste. Great as a side dish, on pizza, in accompaniment to polenta and meat, lend themselves to the preparation of the first courses, on risotto and pasta.
