Picholine is an extra virgin oilve oil has an abundant and enveloping bouquet of artichoke and bitterness of chicory. Its flavour is intense, persistent and well-defined, with scents of spiciness and well-balanced hints of bitterness. Serving suggestions: main courses such as red meat, legume soups, grilled octopus (Pugliese recipe). There are only very few producers of this monocultivar oil in Italy and we are among these.
