Coratina is an intense fruity extra virgin olive oil with clear perfumes of olives and overtones of fresh green almond. It has a fine and complex flavour with notes of artichokes, lettuce and almond, as well as a spicy, well-balanced and harmonic aftertaste. Serving suggestions: roast meat, legume soups, bruschette (toasted bread) seasoned with salt, tomatoes, garlic and rocket.
