Our Tufantello is a late harvest made from Grechetto, Malvasia and Procanico grapes the same of The Spes.
It is harvested last and once harvested the grapes are left to dry in ventilated rooms so that the water can dry. After which it is pressed and the vinification begins.
It is a harmonious, sweet and enveloping wine.
Ideal to taste with herbaceous cheeses or dry desserts.
