Characteristics:
Cristi' takes its name from the current owner. The bottle was designed by her daughter to thank her mother, CRISTINA! This wine represents it for tenacity, strength and persistence.
Straw yellow in color with intense reflections; delicate scent of white flowers from our countryside that blends with citrus and mineral notes released by the marine terroir. On the palate it is dry, sapid with a rightly acidic, persistent and harmonious finish. The hints of thyme and rosemary confirm its elegance. Wine with excellent ease of drinking.
Pairings: Ideal for aperitifs, to be served well chilled. Ideal with delicate appetizers, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 8-9° in a white wine glass
